Hey everyone,

I am a new owner of a 2006 HPX-T and the bungee cords for the under-gunnel rod holder are shot, and were cut off.  Has anyone here replaced those and how the heck did you do it?  I was expecting a hole all the way through . . . .but no.  Any ideas or experience you can share?
