If your motor does not have a Command Thrust gearcase, IMO the best all-around prop is going to be the Merc SpitFire X7 4-blade.  If top speed is the #1 priority, the Powertech PRO3 can't be beat in your horsepower range.  The PRO3 is a clone of the Yamaha Pro Series.

What "if" it has the Command Thrust lower?  What is the thought with that?

Hey Dave.  Not sure what pitches to recommend but I'm sure you know best for your rig.  I would go with 2" less pitch when changing from 3-blade to 4-blade.  Personally, I have become a 3-blade fan if they have a little extra cup for grip - because they are generally faster and more fuel efficient.  Here are a few that have the right stuff:
