Rod Wrapper
Another nice, clean Hewes. It is amazing to me how much care and maintenance we put into our Hewes'. It says a lot about how we feel about our machines.

Waz-in-Oz
Nice boat Redlap, It looks in great condition. The mooring is different being that I can see the shallows below it. Haven't seen that before over here. Stealyerflat, My freind has a 19RF over here but I have rarely seen a lot of talk about them more on 18RF's. have you any pictures or some speeds you get out of your 19RF with a 150. he would love to know. Thanks Waz

Thanks Waz Hey Waz, This is my 19. http://www.mbcforum.com/showtopic.php?tid/23312/ I'm guessing that I get about 48 top, and I mean "top" end, trimmed and tabbed just right. It is an older Yamaha, and I bet with a new engine I could get more. the 19 is the boat for me. Courtesy well up front, alot of deck space and storage, and it handles bay chop like a champ. Jefcan
Red Are those pneumatic or mechanical switches on the polling plateform? Are they for trolling motors? Beautiful skiff Jeff
RedLap
RedAre those pneumatic or mechanical switches on the polling plateform? Are they for trolling motors? Beautiful skiff Jeff They were foot controls for two trolling motors that were mounted to the legs of my poling platform.
scastillo813
Sweet ride RedLap, quick question though. Is that the bay star side mount hydrauic system? How does it fit and handle? I'm looking into getting a system myself, but run into the splashwell size issue.
BaitTank
Red Lap are you on the third hole from the top on engine height? Looks like the cavitaion plate is about level with the flat part of the stern (not the v part down lower by the drain plug).. any change you have a better close up?
