fishmanjj
We caught a few keepers and had a few releases on top water lures......high outgoing tide early Sunday morning was a strong bite until the rain settled in, and then the light switch turned off....oh well, we still had turkey to eat so we made the best of it. SCFD rtrd.
Nice catch. We still can't keep "game fish" here in S/W Florida due to the prolonged Red Tide about 18 months ago. Can't wait to keep a Redfish so we can have Redfish and rice.

SCFD rtrd.
It's really simple. Just cook up some Zatarin's rice, any flavor that you like. Spread the cooked rice in a shallow pan or bowl and lay Redfish filets on top. Can add fresh onions, peppers or spinach if you like. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 min. You're done.

That sounds good for sure....we’ll try it later in the week. Thanks, JJ
