New 115 SHO on hpx-v 17' 2004

Hello,

Probably depends on your application. I prefer a 4 blade when I want to get up on plane quickly in shallow water. In my experience I felt a 3 blade typically had better top end performance but for my application in skinny water I'd give up a few MPH for less bow rise, less stern squat and shallower running at lower RPMs.

just my 2 cents

some captains on here will probably receommend some good prop experts you can reach out to. For me Caribee Marine in Islamorada set my 18 RF up for optimum all around performance

best wishes,

Glenn

I know this is an old topic, but if you are still looking, I have a new Yamaha 21 Pro series for sale.

I also have a Powertech PRO3 21 for sale as well.  Like new - run twice.

These are for Yamaha motors, so would probably need an adapter for Merc
