KnotStressed
Has anyone out here put the Yamaha 4 cylinder 200 hp on a 24 Pathfinder? If so what kind of preformance are you getting. What Prop are you using? Are you happy, I have 2010 24ft tournament that I'm looking to repower.
fin-addict
I would go larger if $$$ allows.
linesider 159
If you can't afford more than a 4 cylinder for the repower, then keep saving or look used. If you want to kill resale and have a boat that struggles to get on plane with a load then do it. Just my opinion
justfish
Ive never been on a 24 but was less than impressed with holes shot of buddies 22 with that motor.
radi_33125
I won't repower with a 200HP. The 250HP is perfect for me.
Sea Larry
4 Cyl 200 performs about same as the 4cyl 150 very little difference.
firstdue
2010 and already re-powering? My 08 24Te has the 250 on it and Im very happy. If $$$ was no problem and I re=powered it would be at least the 250 if not one of the 300 yammies!!! Jim
redzone1
I have no experience on the 24 with a 4 cylinder 200, but I do know a neighbor of mine had a 2004 24 pathfinder with a 25" shaft 200 HPDI and it performed great. 50 top and great on fuel. Aside from a few mph on the top end, it performed about the same as 2005 2200v with 200 HPDI vmax. I think the new 4 cylinder 200 would be a disappointment on the

Regardless, i agree it would be a disappointment
redzone1
I don't know... It was the all grey 25" shaft z200. The offshore one they put on all twin 200 contender 23t set ups from 2004 through a few years ago
