SCFD rtrd.
My wife and I used a guide last June, Capt. Phil Dugger Jr. The name of his boat is "Podzilla" and it's an inboard with above water exhaust. There is something about the above water exhaust that does not scare the Tarpon like an outboard. We would watch for Tarpon to surface, then drive right up to them and throw live crabs. We fished the surf in 8 to 15ft. of water and had a great day. You better book now for that time of year. They are all very busy.

Capt. Troy
Planning a trip down to the area for a long weekend and would like a good guide to charter for snook / tarpon That's a big area. It really depends on where you are staying. What can be a 20 minute boat ride across the harbor can be a 1.5 ride in a car to get to the same place. Sanibel area, Ozzie Fischer. Cory Mcquire for Pine Island North.
