tijereta
I have a 2003 Hewes 16 with the original gauges. Both gauges, the tach and speed, are working but the lights are not turning on. What could be the probable causes, since both light are not working, I doubt it is the bulbs? Thank You
RacerxV6
a broken wire I believe the lights get power from a cross wire off the power pole of the incoming power lead...is what I meant to say.
BradM
There is a sticky somewhere here. There is a fella called the Gauge Saver, his name is Eric Clayton, and he is based out of Palatka, FL. He will have those things looking and working great in on time. Sometimes the backlight in them goes. Eric can fix that, buff our the lenses and install a new display "thingy" that the number show up on. Of course this is in the events it's not something easily fixed by you. tijereta
Thank you for your input. I had the gauges serviced by Gauge Saver about two years ago, he did a great job on the lenses. I will look at the wiring and also look to see if there are any online fuses.
