Garmin EchoMap Chirp 74sv install help

I'm updating my electronics and I'm going with the new EchoMap Chirp 74sv.

Anyone using a Garmin Side Vu imaging unit, Where did you mount the ducer? And have you noticed any issues with the dead rise angle interfering with the Side Vu imaging? Any issues with losing bottom readings at cruising speed?

Thanks in advance for your help.

The reason they are so long is that they contain 3 crystals. One for down one for left one for right. I have been told the down is closest to the transom then the left in the middle and the right on the end. Since the right is on the end you should put it on the right side to decrease interference from the motor.

The length also makes it harder to adjust for on plane but trial and error on heighth with a splash attachment it can be done.
