flatsmatt
Only one pic and a casual description but since Hewes is in my top three of next boat - what do y'all think? Obviously this is a resto project but I'm new to all this. What would be your concerns, expectations and your thoughts on a fair price? I'm in the research phase of my next boat purchase and want to learn as much as possible. All comments/advice are very much appreciated! https://www.shoppok.com/jacksonville/ads/?idc=29&&id=259576&&p=success
polliwog
As with any used boat a good inspection with someone who knows these boats is a must. In FL there are people who know the brand and can give good advice. An obvious question is the fuel tank since the boat has bottom paint it is likely been stored in the water.
fishmanjj
With the soft spot in floor....there are probably a few more .....however, those are great boats, for $5900 to start, you could run it a while...and so some cosmetic work or dive straight into the hull and plan to spend about $5000 on floor stringers, fuel tank and glass work to get it closed back up and enjoy it.
