SeaSerpent123 Posted August 8, 2022 Report Share Posted August 8, 2022 I had high hopes heading down to the Keys until I saw the flags on the way down. We still launched at Founders park and started our search. I hit a few spots I know and we could not see the bottom in 4 feet of water. It was so stirred up and choppy out. A good 1.5 foot chop in the bay, pretty crazy actually. Anyway, lots of boats in the bay searching since I'm sure nobody got off shore. We did get 5 bugs which I'm happy about the the conditions given. We had lunch at marker 88 and all in all, a great trip. 2 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

This is true, just wish we had better conditions as I know I would have gotten more. I mean you couldn't see 4 feet down. It was fun though and lunch was excellent.
