cmorales
Can anyone share with me the dimensions of the release well in the 2200 TE? I currently have a 2200v, but I'd like to step to a tournament-capable boat, so I am trying to figure out what the release well (door opening as well as interior dimensions, and gallon capacity) are so I can compare. Thanks!
Miss Jazzy
They are 40 gal. I can get the dimensions tomorrow if you need be. P.S. I have mine for sale and am looking to go back to an older 2200v if your interested.
cmorales
Dimensions would be great! You and I have already spoken over email, however -- my 2200 is the 2001

FunFlatsFishing
The inside is 20"W by 34" L The access to it is 11"W by 26"L 40 gallons and has both a live well pump and recirculate pump Mine is an 05' 2200v TE Unfortunately a 5 gallon bucket won't fit into It but a legal sized cobia will.

Miss Jazzy
Thanks for getting those dimensions for him it's been raining here all day long. I will add that a five gallon bucket will fit in the live well though.
Bamaskeet
Thanks for getting those dimensions for him it's been raining here all day long. I will add that a five gallon bucket will fit in the live well though. A full size five gallon bucket will not fit in my live well. It's too high. Miss Jazzy
TE's live well is deeper than the V's.
FunFlatsFishing
I guess you could smash a 5 gallon bucket through the access area where the seal is. My 5 gallon bucket is 11.8" wide where the hatch opening is only 11". Once past the opening, it would easily fit.
Miss Jazzy
Yea I'm talking about center live well not release well for the bucket. If you center it correctly you can close and latch the lid too.
