Sorry about the late response. I had it done at Boat Doctors in High Springs, FL but they did a crap job. I would suggest L&S Auto trim in Gainesville, FL awesome guys.

Here's another option I came across... not the sexiest seat in the world, but reviews seem pretty good in regards to build quality.

My thought is if you could customize to add a locking pin to the backrest you could flip forward, lock in to place, and use as a leaning backrest while standing to drive. Of course if you do this, the other people would have to stand as well or sit facing the back of the boat. 

It could be a nice option for wife/kids to sit/relax facing the rear of the boat while fishing... especially if you're trolling or lobstering/scalloping, etc. 

Another downside is it's only 41 inches wide, so two adults or maybe one adult and two kids.
