fin-addict
No reports in awhile here. Have all the fish moved on to better homes. This thread is dying 😢😢😢. Come on guys, give up what you’re catching and post some pics. 😂👍fin
SCFD rtrd.
Dave, you are correct. It's been very slow on the S/W forum. But, I have an excuse. My Boss Lady and I have had a series of moderate health issues that have kept us close to home. The latest is my first kidney stone, man what a PTA. So, I thought I'd post some old pics of medium to large Snook, for your viewing pleasure. 1. Is my Bro-in-law with a nice Snook. 2. Is my friend Dr. Dan with his first Snook 3. The rest are me and my Boss Lady

JnamJnam
I live right off Mullock Creek. Primarily fish Estero Bay down to Chokoloskee. Fishing in Estero Bay has been GREAT since the hurricane. The water is beautiful right now. Crystal clear from Lovers Key to down south. Lots of hurricane debris still out there... but the crews are doing an awesome job cleaning it up. Looks better every week. -Juvy tarpon season is starting to heat up as our rain picks up. -Big tarpon off the beach have been active. -Lots of upper slot snook around. Lots of fresh hatchery fish. -Red-fishing has been OK. I would say average season. -Catching trout on almost every trip out now... This is odd because I felt like trout were nonexistent in Estero for years. Has to be because our grass is coming back very strong! Grass in spots that just used to be mud flats. I really think this is the results of reducing the Lake O discharges....
