RacerxV6 Posted April 26, 2024 Report Posted April 26, 2024 So I have a tournament tomorrow and I went to gas up and get the boat ready. Got home from getting gas, unhooked boat from truck because we also eat at my mother in laws every Friday and I meet my wife there. I thought to myself, driveway is level up here. Well it’s not. Once she got high enough to clear ball, she slowly started to roll and when she got going I couldn’t stop it. Stuck my foot under the tongue like an idiot. That didn’t work just went right over. I’m ok just a little sore. I was able to get her out of the back yard but I was concerned about the spindle because the back of the driveway is a 20” drop. I test drive her around the block and she seems fine. Here's a quick little video of the incident. filtered-AB43CD59-36E1-4E4E-95FE-AB62B225EF12.mp4 1 1 1 Quote

RacerxV6 Posted April 27, 2024 Author Report Posted April 27, 2024 I feel like such an idiot for trying to stop it by sticking my foot behind the tongue. I know better but I panicked. All I could think about was my boat rolling all the way down the back yard and into the creek or hitting a tree. Quote
whichwaysup Posted April 28, 2024 Report Posted April 28, 2024 Funny how we often have to learn valuable lessons the hard way, but after this, you will never forget it! Been there done that, got the t shirt! on the bright side, now YOU can preach at the next guy that posts up the same mistake! Welcome to the club!! And it didnt even cost you a boat! 1 Quote
