Hillbilly
Hi, I have a nice Bonefisher 18 and it is running well. Boat was in good shape with some soft spots. I drilled 1/4" holes spaced 2" apart through the deck into the bad wood in and around the soft spot. I then used the spray can sealer foam into all of the holes--the stuff fills and expands. After drying, I covered with gl*** and painted. Feels solid as a rock. Question--anyone know the approx wt of my boat/94 112 Johnson/galvinized trailer? Reason--I have new 13" radials rated at 1360 and am wondering if I need to move to 15" rated at 1800 lbs. Thanks
RedJeep
The brochure archive has the brochure for "Our" boats. I believe you could get away with a trailer that only used one of those tires for what our boats weight. Peace
Hillbilly
Thanks--any idea on what the total weight might be. My guess is 1000 boat, 350 motor, 200 trailer for a total of 1550. Does that sound about right?
WestFoto
That is about right. I would add a little as you might have a few things in the boat; Gas in the tank, Batteries, I see a trolling motor on the bow, etc.
