Redchaser12
Does the command link gauge have the tank programmed as "80 gallons" when in fact the tank says "73 gallons" right on it. Is that from the factory and needs to be that way or another error. Thanks for any input.
Redchaser12
Ok, I put 50 gallons in today and now gauge is on full, fished all day and gauge came down as it should, just waiting to see if its gonna get stuck in same spot as it lowers down...... brwilson11
I have same boat and same gauges. I am learning that the fuel gauge is not very accurate. I ran 110 miles on Tuesday offshore starting with a full tank. Towards the end of the day I was down to 1 bar which I knew could not be accurate. When I refilled the tank I filled up with 42 gallons, which is a little under 3 mpg which is normal. I think it is better to rely on the fuel consumption function on the gauges and not the bars.
