bjgiii
Is there anyway to add an anchor locker to the front deck? Can you plumb the back left compartment for a livewell? I have someone I know selling one cheap and was wondering if these things can be done. It's not a huge issue about the anchor storage, but I would love to have a second livewell. In general it has been very well taken care of and kept in covered storage. Any major issues with this year besides the lack of storage compartments? Thanks in advance for any help. fishmanjj
The second live well is no issue at all........ reach out to Hobo on here, he is the master ! He added a port side live well on my 2400V that was formerly a release well. Even if he is not physically or geographically available, he can certainly give you all the necessary info for this project. There are probably many posts on this subject on this forum. I do not have any experience with adding an anchor locker.
rckeat
I believe the 1999 and 2000 model years used the side scuppers which have to be plugged when not running.
bjgiii
I went ahead and bought the boat today. It was in excellent condition with a low hr 225 vmax ox66. I was a little surprised it didn't have a second well to plumb. It only had a shallow storage tray in the port side. I guess my next upgrade would be a livewell/leaning post. I love to fish with live bait, so an extra well would be great. Any suggestion?
