JEM Posted November 7, 2016 Report Share Posted November 7, 2016 Took my buddy Hughie out yesterday, for some cooler weather fishing around Savannah. We ended up keeping 13 trout and one red. He released his personal best red, a nice 30 incher. The fish didn't really seem all that turned on for me, though. Maybe that cold front had them a little slow to chew, dunno....... I'll be at my son's in St Simons Is this weekend trying to catch a few with him. Going up in Christmas Creek first thing on that high tide and fish the outgoing in there. We have previously caught some nice big trout in there in November and December. The attached pic was from last Sunday evening...in Bull River.
