Jersey Joe
Pretty heavy wind last week. Ending up snapping the top pivot casting and the top of the spike on one of my Blades. No problem Power Pole replaced both under warranty. Now that's how you win people over. Top of the line product with the backing of a "Top of the Line Company" Enough said!! whichwaysup
I love the fact that we see these types of posts about power pole about once a month. It's really cool when you see someone say something good about a company. Even cooler when it's a regular occurrence.
conocean
Good to hear, Joe. PP has best service in the business IMO.

Derrick929
I have had two instances where they stepped up and helped me out. Neither was probably their responsibility but in both cases they were very helpful and stood behind their products. They were beyond helpful and went out of their way. OlivierHPS2300
They just helped me out and sent me free replacement parts. I offered to pay and they wouldn't let me.... Awesome company and will put Power-Poles on all my future boats. Big thank you..
RedfishRippn
Power pole is the best! They had a technician at a tournament I just fished in Louisiana just to do free work on peoples power poles if they break during the tourney. Needless to say I had a hose pop and he ran two new hoses for me all free of charge! Now thats customer service!
HoneyB
I think I posted up when they sent me a cylinder, hose kit and every nut and washer to put mine back together with. As with everyone else's story, all FREE Of charge.
hurricane
Power Pole has customer service done right! What do you guys think about regular maintenance. What should be done, how often? How often should you take it apart and rebuild, replace bushings and hardware?
RedfishRippn
I know that the two bolts on the bottom of the pole/bracket need to be tightened fairly regularly. if the pole shakes when it hits the upright position they need to be tightened. 8 hours ago, hurricane said: Power Pole has customer service done right! palmetto1
Yup they sent me a reservoir cap last week since mine was cracked from someone tightening too much. Excellent Customer Service. Haven't done any maintenance yet other than tightening screws. Also curious what others do. I read something about bushings.
