TroutTouter
I swore a while ago someone posted about swapping out their Pathfinder 2200's navigation lights for LEDs that fit into their shark eyes. I can't find it in the search. Can someone help?

Bamaskeet
I've seen those those shark eye lights on Ebay. Marpac makes them.

ThinkDoneDeals
Like this Thanks. Is that the ones folks are using? If so, how do you like them? Master Repair in Stuart put them in when it was in for some work. I liked them, bright as heck. I sold the boat, but I would not hesitate to buy again. RICH12
I installed those exact lights about a year ago. They are great. Purchased mine on fleabay for about 50-60$. Perfect fit and look as you can see. Jp
RodWorks
One of the best upgrades ever on my boat. Those bulbs and sockets were a nightmare for years!
FishinAG22
I put them on my boat last summer. They are Marpac. They are easy to install, fit like stock, bright and look great on. I would suggest replacing your NAV lights with them insted of just the bulbs in the stock ones.

TroutTouter
I ended up ordering them from Mavik Marine out of Clearwater. List price was $48.76, which came to $61 with FL tax and shipping. http://www.mavikmarine.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&products_id=1227 The cheapest I found them on eBay was $60 and it wasn't a Buy It Now. TP13
Did you have to seal it with some sort of silicone?
Williep
It has a rubber gasket but I still put a bead of silicone on both sides of the gasket and screw holes.

RodWorks
Did you have to seal it with some sort of silicone? I also sealed between the light module and the metal so water couldn't get to the back where the wiring exits the module.

Donnie
I installed a pair of these a while back. Nothing beats LEDs for most applications.

triplec
I remember that post I think they were Livorski's. They make a pretty solid shark eye style light.
whichwaysup
Heads up on the MarPacs if you are a MA owner - these are not the same size or style as those on the older MAs. I think the Marpacs are 2.5 inches high, my MA needed something that was 4.5 inches high. Luckily Bob at Inshore Marine Specialties found some that fit my boat, but they are a LOT more expensive and not LED. Still better than the cracked plastic that's on there now! fin-addict
does anyone know if they make an LED bulb as a replacement for the orig. type bulb without changing out to a new LED shark eye.
mulligan
does anyone know if they make an LED bulb as a replacement for the orig Yes they do. The issue with just changing out the bulb is that it really does not solve much. When I had shark eye lights the bulb never blew, it was always a bad connection from corrosion. When you just switch to a LED "bulb" you have the same connection. This is just my experience with them.
linesider 159
Are these red and green or just white? Red and green. I had the Marpac on my old boat, they are bright! On a night where it was gl*** out i could even get a little reflection off markers and the water. Nothing that would blind people
