It's the 1.33 version and the program is already loaded on the hard drive and it comes with power supply and connector to the computer's USB port as well as a backup disc with the program on it. I paid $150 and since I sold my boat and Yamaha motor have no need for it. The price is a firm 110. and it's for pickup in south Tampa. Thank you.
