fishmanjj
You know the old saying....fishing in the rain is still better than going to work. Well, we picked up a few trout at daylight on topwater, followed by a few more on screwtails during a drizzle, and then the bottom fell out and the wind started honking.....probably caught around 20 or so with only 5 keeper trout and one 15” flounder. Strangely...we caught 5 or 6 Redfish that were only 10” long.... that’s odd this late in season around here. Here’s our catch which look even smaller in a 65 Yeti ( obviously we planned on a much more productive fish day with the big cooler )
