Boat is very clean and still in great shape. Boat has been covered all it’s life and I have only ran rec 90. Also included is a 2 year old Minn Kota Rip Tide 82 lb thrust bow mount trolling motor, 3 bank Promar charger and 3 interstate batteries. Boat is mechanically in great shape and everything but GPS works... tabs, tach, nav, live well, bilge, cockpit lights, radio etc. Please note factory gas tank leaked and boat has been modified by local shop to use twin 18 gal poly tanks installed under bench seat at a cost of $3k installed. 5 years since new tanks installed and no problems. Snuke Posted October 10, 2019 Author Report Posted October 10, 2019 So sorry... boat is located in Sarasota. Asking $10,900.
Shallowminded6 Posted October 10, 2019 Report Posted October 10, 2019 That was a good idea to keep from cutting the deck. Any water pics? How does it sit with the weight back there?
Lap it Up Posted October 10, 2019 Report Posted October 10, 2019 Love that little 17” mid. Great engine.
Snuke Posted October 11, 2019 Author Report Posted October 11, 2019 To Shallowminded6... So I was really worried at first about how moving the tanks back might effect the way the boat rides, sits, poles etc. what I did to combat this was move the TM batteries forward about 4 feet from the center console to the twin front hatches. What I found was this evened out moving the tanks back. The other part that you may not see in the pictures was that those poly tanks are deep so they sit somewhat level with the waterline, in fact the bottom of the tanks are well below the waterline. Because they sit so low in the boat the weight doesn’t seem to change things much. Most of my on the water pics have me holding something with fins, but if I find one, I will post it for anyone else with a tank problem.
