AntonRx Posted November 2, 2019 Report Share Posted November 2, 2019 Here’s what I did today. Replacement Lenco trim tab kit came in. Tabs were fine other than the port one having 2 spot welds rusted through, loosening the connection. Rather than mess with having to take off the factory tabs I decided to drill a 1/4” hole through the tab and hinge and bolt it down. Here’s some pics. Seeing that these are the original tabs (boats a 2007) they’re in real good condition. But, these spot welds are definitely a weak point. I’ll use the new ones aT some point.
