Boat was out of the garage for an afternoon and had i couple of bird poops on the vinyl cushions. . Regular soapy water didn't cut the discoloration ,  Any ideas, I have seen good reviews of 303 vinyl cleaner..  Any ideas would be appreciated.

I have also used “soft scrub “ which contains bleach and allowed it to sit on the stain for a few minutes and it will remove the stain. Just be careful if it gets on any of the seams with threads....the bleach can break down the threads....rinse very thoroughly afterwards.

Thanks for your response, I have some 303 vinyl cleaner  coming today.  I worry about doing something that will damage the actual seat,so I'm being careful. Don't want to make a problem worse.  I'll let you know how it works.

Soft Scrub should be in everyone’s “boat cleaning kit”. Lots of good uses.

Absolutely.....works well on fish blood and iodine from shrimp on the decks too.

I just want to come back to my question about cleaning vinyl from being pooped on.  I tried vinegar and water followed by club soda which helped some and then I bgt 303 Surface cleaner for vinyl and other surfaces and tried it.  It cleans the vinyl very well, but didn't totally remove the poop stain.  The 303 was way better than other vinyl cleaners,so I'm happy to have it.  The spot is now barely visible,so I just have to live with the slight discoloration I guess.
