Flatschaser
Just cut two access holes in real hatch of my 2001 Pathfinder 2200v to change out the bilge thru hull fitting. Even with access holes I have barely any room to get to the thru hull. I ended up chipping it out from the outside and it looks like it’s a two piece 90 degree thru hull. Looks like it screws in from the outside. It had copious amounts of sealant. My question is wether this is factory fitting?? There are no access holes anywhere so if it isn’t then someone had to be a contortionist to get to the back of it. Anyone seen this before??? If I wanted to replace it wether would I find this type of fitting?? Also, the 1 1/8” I bought from Gemlux didn’t fit, threads were way to large to fit through the hole. jason p
Couldn't tell you for sure but I think you answered your own question. Do you think there is anyway you could install a hose clamp on that fitting with the cap on the boat? If not it came that way from the factory. MuddyBottomBluz
Same issue you already posted about. I agree with you however.
Flatschaser
Any ideas where to find replacement parts? I don’t see a way to get to a hose clamp due to the liner. Only way I see is to clamp then hold it in place and tighten from the outside. I have searched and searched but can’t find these two parts. mdemott
Can you call the factory to see if they have a parts diagram that would help?
HoneyB
You may have to cut a access on the inner liner and put a proper through hull in. You can use the round access port or find another style to close it back up with.
