Reegs2200v
I'm having a local mechanic replace the plumbing on my livewells from the thru-hull fittings all the way to the livewells. Was hoping that someone could post about their experiences with this and any advice that you might have, as well as any pictures that might be available of your before and after results. Appreciate your inputs. Pics of the boat for attention.
Flatschaser
Getting ready to do the same on my 2001, hopefully someone chimes in with some advice.
jrchandler
I just replaced the ball valves, 1 strainer, and all the pumps in my 2004 TE. 1 of the ball valves was the original marelon valve and it was not working at all. The stainless one was really sticky so I just replaced them all with brass. The through hulls and unions looked fine. The hoses looked fine. The unions (circled in red) were pretty tight. Especially the one on the original valve.
