1998 ma 18 with section removed from livewell

Looking at a used 1998 master angler. The boat has had the gas tank removed and moved forward I believe. My biggest concern is the rear port live well has had a section cut out that seems like it could be structural? Any thoughts or input would be appreciated. https://s.amsu.ng/V8HcZl9t02nN
