Bruce J
Those are some pretty amazing numbers. Better efficiency than my 2400 with a 250 SHO.
jason p
That’s what I was thinking... that’s about what my 2500 gets with the same motor.
Tall Tails
I imagine those numbers would plummet once you add a few people and their stuff. The 300 is a reliable workhorse but isn't the strongest motor around. Think I'd pass on that combo for sure.

jason p
I’m thinking Yamaha may have given a little home field advantage to the MBG on that performance bulletin.
bsh102
I am having a hard time believing those numbers. My 25 does not get that fuel economy. WOT I get 1.6 mpg at 54 mph at 5800 rpms. Not that important really, very few will be putting a F300 on a hull rated for 450 hp.

Is there any thought for an alternate cap with bow seating that a lot of the other 26-28 hybrid boats seem to have? Asking for the wife. Have you all done one with a second station yet. Been keeping an eye here and social media hoping someone had ordered one. I have to agree about the desire for forward seating. I think the bow of the Blue Wave Makaira is ideal. Tommy Thompson
Good Morning Skip, Im wanting to get the 27 on the way to fish this summer. I know my time is running out though. Quick question I would really prefer to take a test ride in one with a 300 before I buy from Kevin at Lindsay. Would you happen to be able to get one lined up asap? I do not mind paying someone to take me on a 15 to 20 min ride.
Jason e
I can tell you from 1st hand experience these #s are not legit real world #s. Well, I take that back, they are legit if you run no gear and 30 gallons of fuel total.
Vapor Trail
Yeah you can get that top speed but when you have fishing weight it drops off a ledge. Plus that plane time is long. My 2600 would do 60 but had a 6 second plane time and weight killed speed to 48. I put a real world prop on there that people would want to use and top speed dropped to 54 but with weight it stayed 54. It also planes in two seconds or less. fin-addict
Fantastic BIG sled. Love the fuel burn @ 3500 and the big screen TV. Does it get all channels like HBO. 😂. 😀👍⚓️fin
