2017 Cobia 277cc - hardtop rocket launchers

I'm becoming a new to me owner of a 277. I noticed the boat didn't have rocket launchers on the rear of the hardtop. The previous owner indicated he didn't want them on the boat but they were to be included. He claimed he has never been able to get them from the dealer. So I decided to check with Cobia customer service today to see if I could get them sent to me with proper documentation. I was told they were an option and not standard. 

My question is, are they supposed to be included with the optional hardtop? Or, were/are they a stand alone option like the rocket launchers on the leaning post? 

I'm not referring to the kingfish spreaders, just the vertical rod holders.

Do not recall them being standard with the top. Was an option as with most other tops. You can buy aftermarket launcher bar if wanted.

Thanks, "fin". Watching the video above, it kind of leads you to believe they included on the top because he makes mention of the leaning post launchers being optional. I'll add them at some point. 

Hopefully a 277 owner will stumble across this to confirm for sure.
