FINCHASER
Make one of these to fill the lower unit.... 1 thing I loathe is pumping that little pump deal that screws on the quart bottles.... with as many hours as I log it comes around way to often. Finally decided to do something about it, looked at the ones designed to do it for $180... thats a no go.....made this from a $10 home depot sprayer and another $10 in hose and parts. Works like a champ just used it to do the 20hr maint. 3

FINCHASER
HDX (home depot) 1 gallon sprayer 4' 5/16 ID x 7/16 OD vinyl tubing 1/4" ball valve 5/16 x 1/4" hose barb (to screw into valve body) All you do is pull the hose off where it screws into the tank pull the siphon tube off the hose and remove screw on collar. Put screw on collar on vinyl hose insert siphon tube and screw back onto tank. Assemble hose barbs on valve insert 1 end into the hose, use a 3 to 4" section on the other side then take the lower unit adapter off the quart hand pump hose and insert it on the end. I was gonna get hose clamps for the hose barbs but they werent necessary... I just out some zip ties on them holds pressure just fine.
