Harlan07 Posted June 21, 2020 Report Share Posted June 21, 2020 Does anyone know if the 2007 Cobia 21 Bay was built wood free? I believe this was after MBG acquired the Cobia brand. To my knowledge, the Yamaha owned boat brand Cobia, yes Yamaha owned it and MBG bought it from Yamaha did not have any sort of wood in a 2007 boat. Let me rephrase that: they better have not! End Game Posted July 14, 2020 Report Share Posted July 14, 2020 I've got a 2008 Cobia Bay 21 and have been very happy with it. It currently has a 150 Yamaha which has been a solid combo. If you have any questions, feel free to ask me about it. I don't have much experience with Pathfinders, but every time I go somewhere or bring it in for service, it gets mentioned how similar of a boat it is. Cant recall the size or pitch of my prop (I want to say 19”) but I run around 30 mph at 4000 rpm and around 45 at 5500 rpm depending on load and that’s with a T-top.
