Weblon or Hardtop

Placing an order for a new build 2400TRS this week. The ONE option I'm not 100% certain on is whether to go with the Weblon or Hardtop. I like the light weight, non obstructive Weblon but, could be swayed to go with the Hardtop if YOU ALL don't mind sharing the benefits of doing so.

I ask that you kindly share your thoughts and personal decisions as to why ONE instead of the OTHER.

Thank you!

I would go with the hardtop. Not a big fan of weblon. Hardtop not anymore obstructive than Weblon imo. Hardtops now a days  have many more built-ins than years past where soft tops in a lot of cases needs mods to the frame to have the same features of a HT.
Antenna and Radar mount pads, Electronic box, outrigger mount pads, deck lighting, speakers are just a few examples. Also easier to keep clean and have a cleaner look. I also feel oem soft tops are way to narrow to provide enough shade.

Just an FYI. All my tops (sunbrella) have been custom made to provide the shade I want. Width, inside gunnel to gunnel and longer than back of leaning post to a little fwd of front console seat. Think 6x8 rather than 5x7.
