Florida Keys Help

We had a family cruise planned for next year that we moved to 2022 due to Covid. Shifting plans toward a keys trip now. Looking like mid June but we are overwhelmed looking at fishing guides.  Any suggestions for guides to use and what to target?  Never been to the keys before other than a brief cruise stop in key west.  Looking at houses in Islamorada and marathon. Wide open for any suggestions for places to stay, eat, and most importantly fishing guides.

If you choose Islamorada here are a few suggestions:

Places to stay:

- Kon Tiki Report or La Jolla Resort (Laid back feel, bayside, beautiful sunsets, reasonably priced, very boater / fishermen friendly.

Places to eat and see:

- Lorelei's (Good food and bands.  Must get a Keylime Colada),   Robbies (Tourist trap but you have to see it at least once), Lazy Days (Great food, great views), Islamorada Beer Company (Spirits and Beer samples and cool tour), Alligator Reef (Beautiful water and diving / snorkeling) White Marlin Beach (Great place to get in the water.  Just outside Port Antigua in Upper Matecumbe)

I would contact Bud and Mary's or Lorelei's for a guide.  They have many (Inshore and offshore).
