Headhunter
I know this has been discussed a hundred times but I saw this at Boaters Exchange and thought it was pretty slick.
SCFD rtrd.
Looks nice, but consider this. A fire is most likely to occur in the console, (lots of wiring), in the battery/charger compartment or under the cowling of the motor. I would want my extinguisher further away from the source of the fire.
Headhunter
Good point but if you have to open the compartment it's right there. I am not sure you can ever get it far enough away in a 20 ft boat. I have mine in the leaning post so I can check it often.
