pbspecial Posted December 29, 2020 Report Share Posted December 29, 2020 Just in case anyone with a 2500 wants to put a few rod holders up on the bow of a 2500...I just installed two Lee's 15 degree flush mount rod holders, on either side of the anchor locker. You can access underneath without too much difficulty through the anchor locker. I also added backing plates for some extra stability. You will have to cut the lower rod tube on each side in order to have enough clearance. I used a piece of Gorilla tape to seal up the end of the cut tube to keep water out. I rarely use those rod holders in the lockers so losing these two was no big deal for me.
