Smess Posted January 17, 2021 Report Share Posted January 17, 2021 New owner of a 2015 18 HPX and having an issue with both rear hatches interfering with my backrest pad when I open them. I made an attempt to cut out (2) 3/8" starboard "washers" to fix it but its still not enough clearance. Previous owner said he purchased the boat from Maverick like this and just had to bend the seat cushion. Has anyone else had this issue, any suggest fixes? Here’s were my 2017 is mounted and you can see the screw is about lined up with the front of the hatch and I don’t have any spacers for the cushion.
