jd09
When I try to get up on plain and it gets to 3k rpm it's like you shut the switch off. I tried to ease into it and it will start bucking like your turning the key on and off. Changed the filters thinking that might be it buy it does the same thing. It must be an electrical problem of some kind like it's grounding a wire or some thing. Has any one run into this problem?
SouthernWake
Does it do this both at idle and in gear(under load)? Run your engine at night/in the dark with the cowling off and look for any sparks/arcs coming off wires. It also never hurts to visually run through your wiring and look for any bad connections. jh141
Fuel Pick up????? Could try a portable 6 gallon tank directly to your motor. Just a guess, From your description sounds like the increased load and or angle of take off is when it shows.
RacerxV6
x2 what JH141 said, check ball, fuel pick up, and most definitely an external tank test. These are the simplest things to do before you go chasing an electrical problem. At least you know your fuel system is not the issue.
