swaddict
I've started the process of narrowing my list of must haves for my new boat with a custom tower. I have always been a fan of powder coating, especially black. I have it on my flats boat now have not had any issues. Have any forum members used Linex for a tower or T-Top, pros cons? I would want to get it in black if that makes a difference.
localangler
I haven't had anything with Linex but from seeing others results it seems the only place doing the marine application well is Sarasota Linex. Check THT and see some of his work. He is doing work for several display boats at Miami boat show if that says anything about his work. Barker and Freeman both used his product for their boats. And for Freeman to get stuff done it has to go from Charleston SC to him and back.
Qman
I had a mini tower built by ECC and they had someone in Orlando linex the base and tower. I love it. Never worry about it getting scratched or chipped. My boat is used for bowfishing and fishing and it sees some abuse. Holds up well.
jason p
What kind of boat is that? That thing is cool, I'm kinda looking for an aluminum hull to play around with.
Qman
Thanks. Seaark 1872mvt custom. Fun boat, especially good in this shallow rock and oyster filled dirty water I fish.
