StPeteBonefisher
Hey guys, I have a tiny tiny hydraulic fluid leak in my splash well and will need to eventually replace the cylinder. Anyone have one sitting around? Figured I'd check in before purchasing brand new. I've got an etec 90 on a hewes bonefisher Justin
jh141
https://five-star-marine.myshopify.com/ is in Port Richey and does rebuild SeaStar Cylinders if that helps.
SouthernWake
I had one reconditioned, came back good as new with a warranty. Much better than buying new.

MBGNole
If it is leaking from the seals, you can get a rebuild kit for about $100. I just did mine and it wasn't a very difficult job. The most time consuming part is taking it off and then bleeding the system. https://www.seatechmarineproducts.com/seastar-hs5157-seal-kit-for-hydraulic-outboard-front-mount-cylinder-2-screw-in-end-glands-with-wrench.html

I think Hercules makes the replacement seals. But make sure the ram is “baby bottom” smooth, otherwise you tear the new seals up.
