DavisIslander
Finally updated my plug and receptacle with the Marnico 12vcps3! It’s wonderful! Problem was I couldn’t expand the existing plug hole and had to drill a new one closer and accessible from underneath. I do not have pure access to the old hole. I’m struggling to find a good video on the preferred method to patch “without” access! It’s challenging! Any suggestions?
RacerxV6
1. get a long enough piece of wood that you could get some liquid nails on slide it down in there and the pull it up and hold for a few until liquid adhesive bonds and holds it. 2. cut out a piece of coosa or starboard and glue it in place. 3. follow this method for glassing over. SouthernWake
Since it’s strictly cosmetic and relatively small I would try: coat the exposed core with resin to seal bevel out the edges of the hole lay a layer or 2 of glass on top (you can fill the slight sag with gelcoat) gelcoat repair to match
