I’d rather not have it hanging from the davits as dock is starting to deteriorate and thought that further back it should be less of an issue. jim33042 Posted August 22, 2021 Report Share Posted August 22, 2021 My 18 sits on blocks. It seems they have been around along time (my dad used them on prior boats). These were picked up at a local lumber store (but not a HD or Lowe’s) and we’re cut to fit for the size you wanted. You may try that route.
