Nag Juice
One works, one doesn't. I replaced them today, new fuses and connections. Still same issue. Thoughts? The head unit is a Fusion RA-50.
imsnookyrd
You might try swapping the connection on the head unit and see if the problem moves, if not must be the head unit.
Nag Juice
Could a Fusion head unit be that bad after 11 months?
FishEyez
Like imsnookryd said try removing/reinserting the connections on the back of the head unit. I had a similar situation with a Clarion h/u. The RCA connections were touch and go sometimes. That's what is was for me.
justdriftin
Had a fusion head unit that had a bad wiring harness. Not sure how a wiring harness goes bad, but that was it. I called tech support on it and they sent me the wiring harness so my thought was it might have been a known issue.
Nag Juice
How was Fusion to deal with?
justdriftin
Not too bad actually. It was a little hard to find a phone number to call, but once located that online, I got through to real person, in America that spoke English and resolved my issues. I may have even gotten a direct email address to someone, will send that to you if I can find it.

DaveC
www.fusionentertainment.com CS @ 623-580-9000 It is a good idea to also check the website occasionally, pick out your product and check for any software updates for your head units or remotes. Remember the stereo is more like a computer than a car audio system... You can also download the product manual, in it you'll see a troubleshooting guide... But call them first and save a headache!
