flatsfisher772
The trailer tires for my 2002 2200V need replacing. The ones currently on there are ST 175/80D13, which is what the trailer sticker recommends (Continental), but I see a lot of people saying 13's are way too small. So I can either just replace the tires and keep the current wheels, (13" diameter) or upgrade and get new tires and wheels (14" diameter). 1) What size tire do you recommend for my setup? 2) Best brands? 3) Bias ply vs radial? I didn't find too many wheel/tire combos that were affordable. But these 2 seem reasonably priced and have good reviews. I have seen Kenda Loadstar tires recommended before, but they are bias ply and I thought I read not to get bias ply trailer tires. Any advice would be appreciated! https://www.etrailer.com/Trailer-Tires-and-Wheels/Kenda/AM3S450.html?feed=npn&utm_source=google&utm_medium=cpc&utm_campaign=Google | Shop - Trailer Tires and Wheels&adgroupid=91321604132&campaignid=975590398&creative=404001549044&device=c&devicemodel=&feeditemid=&keyword=&loc_interest_ms=&loc_physical_ms=9011482&matchtype=&network=g&placement=&position=&gclid=CjwKCAjw9-KTBhBcEiwAr19ig7wxwxP2geaD9gZ5vkA8_XPvk_QIbk8lJZtBpJWViXv2lWtV7a3xlxoCn8oQAvD_BwE https://www.etrailer.com/Trailer-Tires-and-Wheels/Kenda/AM32156.html
HoneyB
I would consider going to 14 inch tires for all the reasons others have likely already told you. I doubt you will find a combo with Goodyear endurance but those are great tires. radials yes, all day every day over bias tires
