CKworth Posted May 16, 2022 Report Share Posted May 16, 2022 I am looking to repower my 2004 Cobia Dual console 215. The pandemic mess has made buying a new 4 stroke Yamaha nearly impossible. So...I am looking to Suzuki to get me back on the water. My old outboard was a 200 HP 2 stroke Yamaha. I am going with a 4 stroke now but can not find max size allowed for the vessel. Any tips on this or recommended motor size? The mechanic says all he finds is the 200 HP is used on everything he has seen, I just don't want to spend money on an underpowered boat.
