Pathy is sick awaiting Dr. In a week. The low idle/start issue. It’s primary doctor cannot diag. Sent me to a specialist. whichwaysup Posted July 5, 2022 Report Share Posted July 5, 2022 Not me! We had a constant train of storms (FINALLY after much drought). I spent the weekend re-wiring my son's boat trailer - twice. The first time, I taught him how to do it, which was great until one of the lights didn't work. Spent the next day trying to diagnose the problem while he was at work (but I didn't tell him I was going to work on it). Turns out that one of the new wires we ran had a break in it, so I got to do the entire job again! The second time, I decided to run full ground wires, like I did on my trailer and ended up buying new lights. By the time he got home, I had it done, but made it look like we'd left it the day before. When he came back from work, I asked him to come out and try to help me diagnose it - he was zonked from a full day of surf lessons, but to his credit, he didn't complain. Backed up the Explorer, hooked it up. and it lights up like a Christmas tree. You don't expect many hugs from a 16 year old boy, but when he realized what happened he charged me and gave me a hug I'm going to be sore from.
