THE OUTLAW
I have become a victim of running reg has ( treated) gas but reg never the same . So since my wifes accident , and all my peeps having boats , my sled has been neglected. Now I want to switch over to Rec 90 . can this be combined at all with reg gas ? I would think no , but gonna ask anyways . 🇺🇸🏴☠️
HoneyB
Yes it can be mixed. The rec 90 is just ethanol free high octane. Every gallon you mix with what ever is in there will only lower the percentage of ethanol and raise your octane assuming the reg gas you put in was 87 octane. Shallowminded6
You can put a fuel treatment in it until you run the first tank through. Seafoam or the like. Might help if there is any junk or moisture in there. Wont solve all problems but would probably help a little. You have the VmaxSHO right? Figured newer fourstrokes would be resiliant to the ethanol.
