Depending on your needs....how far will you travel? If more than a local run, I'd definitely go new....as my buddy Conocean always says, it's probably the most important part of your fishing trips...nothing Su@ks more than a broken trailer when you want to go feeeeshing.....I've always owned AMERATRAIL...yes $$$ but, they fit the boat perfectly, next is a Continental....(Deerfield Trailers is a great place for these). If you go used...it's hard to find something in good shape for an 18 RF....plus you'll spend another $$$ to have it fitted for your boat......and, by the time you upgrade everything for long highway runs...it's almost the same as new...meaning, axles, hubs, tires, wiring, etc. Good hunting.
