Bucksnort Posted May 12, 2023 Report Share Posted May 12, 2023 Has anyone noticed all of the boats with the Engel cooler bow seat they are all mounted so close to the console you can't open them? I looked at several boats at a dealer and every one is mounted too close Hewes and Pathfinders. You can't even open the cooler unless you loosen the straps and move the cooler. SCFD rtrd. Posted May 12, 2023 Report Share Posted May 12, 2023 Had the same problem when I bought my Pathfinder. I placed two white rubber bumpers on the back of the cooler. That pushed the cooler about 1/2" away from the console and allowed the lid to open without striking the console. Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
